I have used MK Property as my agents for the last 15 years. They are honest and very helpful. As a member of ARLA they have to go by the rules. So you know what your getting the best advice. I wouldn't use any other agents in Blackpool. A++++++++

AVOID AVOID this agency rip you off leave you living in poor conditions let there self in your property when ever they like with zero notice charge way over the odds for gas and electric on pre sub meters charges are rediculas with threats if you do not pay what they say without any written bill from the company's you are threatened with eviction when other tenants are so violent in the shared accommodation you are just ignored even with video evidence and police reports all of this is ignored flats left with mould and nothing done all I repeat AVOID this company
