The Barber Shop (Cruze)

Looks great from the outside. When I went in there were three people waiting in front of me and two barbers working and 40mins later, there were still three people in front of me! Now they may be very good but going to a barbers for me means nipping out for a quick haircut" which I didn't get due to the fact that I didn't have a spare two hours to wait - which was the timescale it seemed I was facing. I liked that you can book a slot online as its a popular place, you pay a little more but thats because I got a quality haircut which I have had compliments on, helpful and friendly atmosphere, look forward to next visit.

After 18 months I finally went to a professional barber.From the off it was easy to book online booked for the 4th Nov with Will. I arrived 5mins early and shown straight to the chair.He took his time with great attention to detail. Cut was great, Will was very chatty, absolutely zero complaints will be back very soon.Cheers!

Very relaxed atmosphere as soon as i entered the premises. No need to book. Just sit and wait your turn. Lovely barbershop memorabilia surrounding the whole place. Great Laurel and Hardy advertising picture on main wall. Opens late (until 7pm) on Tuesdays. Plenty reading material. Comfortable seating. Very Recommended.

I have regularly visited Cruze, since living in Wadebridge, for about 8 months. Will has never left me disappointed, always on point. Surf chat and decent fades, happy days. Cheers mate.

Highly recommended. Had a traditional shave by Colin who took the time to ensure I was relaxed and happy at all stages, with some friendly chat along the way. Results were top notch. Although it was an evening appointment, having an unplanned cut and hair wash was no trouble. The location and choice of music playing in the background added to the experience. Something all men might try - why should only the ladies get spoilt!

Me and my best man travelled from Watergate Bay to come here for and old fashion shave. It's very popular and even got a shot of sweet rum. Tip: take a ticket and go next door for a discounted coffee. I would recommend anybody to use these guys, very friendly and exceptional service.

Sat and waited to be seated just to be told appointment needed and the price was astronomically high, nearly £50 for a beard trim & for a local, I think these local/tourist prices have gotten a little out of hand!Drove to Plymouth for the same service and it cost £25...Edit:Checking on my old reviews and noticed that you replied to this.I assure you I did NOT get the wrong business, I was most definitely at YOUR premises and I was TURNED Away for not having an appointment.. Something about the hot towels not being turned on for a beard trim and the cost was definitely EXPENSIVE..I had just moved to the area and it was my first time in your store and I SPECIFICALLY chose this one because I needed a beard trim and it looked like a professional establishment.
