The Pizza Man

Been ordering from these for years, probs the best pizza place in Southend and good prices

Well, what an awful experience we had tonight. I understand it’s the football.. but to be rude to your paying customers? Absolutely not acceptable. We ordered 3 pizzas, did not need them in a hurry. Didn’t chase the restaurant. Was happy to wait till they arrived. When they finally did, 2/3 of the pizzas were utterly destroyed. The toppings weren’t on the actual pizza, slices no longer attached. Cold, dough seemed slightly undercooked. You could tell that this ordered wasn’t well looked after at all. I decided to ring to restaurant to try and rectify the issue, was handed around to 3 separate employees, each not listening to what I tried to say. They asked what I wanted, I asked for a refund due to being told that the wait for a new order would be extremely long and we wasn’t willing to wait any longer than we had. (Had already been over an hour and a half wait). Was then greeted to one final employee who was rude from the get go. Told me to go and ring just eat as they will sort it, there is nothing that they can do. Whilst I was half way through a sentence I was told ‘ok bye’ and they hung up. What a disgusting way to treat customers who are purchasing your product. Will most likely not be ordering again any time soon.

Mad mushroom pizza from this establishment has to be the best pizza in the world! Ignore barry delight and his review he is clearly drunk!

Excellent value for money, biggest pizzas lve ever seen, and very good pricesBut l suspect that is due to ownership of the premises, ie not paying to rent, and a non greed approach to business, low business rates for the street perhaps

Food was disgusting. Took too long to arrive. Had to wait over an hour for this and the food was poor quality. The idiot on the phone had too much attitude.

We love the pizza man and have been ordering from here since moving up the road 2 years ago. The quality, taste and price is so much better than large chain brands, and now we would not go anywhere else. Best pizzas in Southend!

Clean hygienic food, very good taste and so much variety. There one for everyone in menu.

Was not happy with my order item missing call shop driver not even left address to tell them I was told they would delivery but that never happened, my burger bun soggy taste left me with a unplease after taste. The BF likes his hot wing hot chicken pizz not hot and son liked his pepperoni pizza and potatoe skins. We used ubereats for delivery driver checked his bag was empty shop had not given missing item. I will not be getting a burger from them again
