I booked Katie through Livewell Health. Katie arrived on time, was friendly and gave a thorough assessment before advising on the best treatment. Katie explained throughout the session the different muscles and ligaments affected. Katie is professional, knowledgeable and excellent value. I’d highly recommend having treatment with her.

I had been looking to get a massage for my shoulder for weeks and it proved pretty difficult to get an appointment anywhere. I randomly came across this page and booked with Katie. Genuinely, the best massage I’ve had in a long time, two days since I had it and I can move my shoulder without pain but also sleep without a constant dull pain in it. It was well worth it and already booked for another one. Thank you

Katie arrived promptly on Tuesday and following a short assessment of my neck, shoulder and back pain proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage to relieve the tightness in my muscles.After 3 days I can already feel the benefit and hope this will continue to improve. She was very professional and efficient in making me feel relaxed as this was my first experience of deep tissue massage. Excellent service. I had pulled a back muscle playing sport, and was able to get an appointment at home very, very quickly. The therapist, Katie, was both lovely and professional. Most importantly, the treatment was successful and I was back playing sport a couple of days later.

Amazing pregnancy massage.I struggled to find someone who would be able to do a pregnancy massage but then came across Livewell Health. Jamie gave me an amazing massage which was adapted for my pregnancy. So relaxing and just what I needed for my sore muscles. I’ve already booked in to see her again. Would definitely recommend.
