Robinson's

Very disappointing. Called today to exchange an item that was too small. I did not have my receipt but had bank details and all original tags were still on item.and had original bag from shop Would not exchange. Wont be back. In a climate where a few well established shops in Alnwick have closed you would think they would welcome custom

An absolute gem of a shop. Beautifully laid out. A pleasure to browse in. Great choice of clothing. And the Jelly cat range is fabulous. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Bought a jumper could have spent a small fortune. The clothes are displayed beautifully. Will most definitely be visiting again.

I love Robinsons. Great local business. Rebecca was so helpful. I came in wanting a top or jumper to go with my trousers for the festive season. She knows her products so well and was kind and efficient. I would highly recommend shopping here if you are a nervous shopper!

Order arrived over a month late outside the store's 'shipping' policies. When reaching out to the store to request a cancellation of the order given that the products did not arrive within the time frame provided on the site, they said they'd only do it after receiving the items back. I no longer resided in that address and this was mortifying and they refused to help me. Fortunately, customs reached out to me to choose if I would pay the (ridiculously high) import fees or refuse delivery. I refused delivery. The store issued a refund for the products but not for shipping. I reached out to them about this, as shipping was NOT cheap and I never heard back from them.NOTE TO MERCHANT: Be upfront and fair about your shipping policies. If it's going to take longer than expected to ship internationally, be upfront about this. Also mention that import fees might be applied internationally, as I would've waited to be back home to place my order vs paying such ridiculous fees. Do not EVER hold a customer responsible for shipping when you are the one who's responsible that they receive their order within the timeframe YOU set up on your site.

Have been in Robinsons a few times, you get a proper shopping experience there with briiliant service from all the girls.Was served by Becca today - left feeling like I'd made a new friend.Brilliant shop - love everything about it

What a wonderful find in the heart of Alnwick. The staff were lovely, very polite and attentive without being too much. You can browse at your leisure without any pressure. The clothing range was great with so much to choose from. A perfect tonic away from the high street mass produced, repetitive lines. Robinson's are a superb example of a great independent shop. I wish I lived nearer.

Popped into the shop today for a last minute outfit. Fantastic service. The staff at Robinson are all very welcoming, polite and genuinely care about your needs. Highly recommend!

Stopped to pick up an Easter gift after seeing the great selection of Jellycat soft toys in the window. Service was exceptional - went out of her way to show me the latest delivery!
