Today at 3 pm ,Me and my husband had some food , we tried to have a table to sit .The staff already closed the half aria , they said because it is been mopedSo still a little space for as to sit in between to other customers, witch if I know in advance I would go to different place

Cheap compared to Costa bit unfortunately this place was not particularly clean - a lot of food on the floor around the tables. Sausage rolls are ok and coffee reasonably hot.

I tend to eat in a lot of Greggs all over the counter try due to my work role and this one is missing just a little spark from being perfect.The staff I can’t fault, they was helpfully friendly and polite everything you want from customer facing members of the team.The food once again was great as expected from Greggs you get what you pay for bars this in mind.However the selection in this shop always seems to be so low, I’ve been here many times throughout the day and it just never seems to be stocked up.

Went in for the hopes of grabbing the breakfast deal of a breakfast roll and coffee. They had just opened and they had only had vegan breakfast rolls out. Shame because there's nowhere else in Braintree to grab something hot to eat on the way to work. Never seen a store open and have run out 2 minutes later

Best to do take out at Braintree Greggs, table's are always dirty and don't look at the walls as they clearly haven't been washed for months, the staff are friendly though, can be annoying when they shut early as can't always rely on whether it will be open until 5pm this is always on a Saturday, they say it's to do with staff but when you see at least 4 staff members there I don't think it is obviously down to rotas being done wrong, I could accept it if they was deep cleaning the place. But like I said food, drinks and staff are very nice, cleanliness disgusting
