23/10 update: We returned to see if there was any improvement on the service. There was and the food was still very flavoursome. I think we will return!Previous visit: Food was nice and flavoursome but the service needs some big improvements. Management need to ensure training is given to all staff before they are put on the floor or kitchen. We waited for over an hour for our food while others were served quicker or take away deliveries took priority.

No doubt, it is THE BEST INDIAN restaurant in Northampton. Great food, authentic Indian taste. Lot of options in drinks. Great choice to go with family and friends or for office dinners. Nice abience and good space to accommodate large parties. Reasonable prices. New in town. It is located in the city center. Friendly and polite staff. Good service. We had a best dining experience. I am very impressed with the taste and choices.

Food is BANGING.Had the paneer tikka sizzle and my friend had the chicken tikka. The onions were not cooked enough for me. Pretty much raw but the fresh pops of pomegranate and the seasoning was on point.Hand shaken cocktails not a pour from pump foolishness.Service was attentive and they checked back.Great atmosphere and would HIGHLY recommend this for snacks or a night out.

Our diverse group, a mix of Indian and English, thoroughly enjoyed the food! The starters, mains, all were delicious and prepared to high standards. Our host was friendly, though he handled both the bar and orders alone, resulting in a bit of a wait. Nevertheless, he was attentive and checked on us regularly. The setting resembles a typical English pub, which might seem a bit unusual for an Indian experience, but we genuinely appreciated it. We opted for some mocktails, which turned out to be quite pleasant. If you're a fan of spicy food, I highly recommend the Dhaba chicken!

Completely disappointing experience. Having reserved a table i was surprised there was no record, in spite of my reservation number. The starters we ordered came quickly and were very tasty. And this is where we should have let as it went down hill from there. It took an hour for 3 main courses to arrive. Apparently the sizzling grill (for one) takes 25 minutes to cook, so unsure how the other 35 minutes were accounted for. Wouldn't have been bad if it was indeed sizzling when it arrived, not cold and had at least some seasoning on. I thought as a minimum the onions around the non sizzling meat would be cooked. Nope. Raw and cold. I thought the 2 chicken wings would be from a fully grown chicken. Nope. Seems like chicks were served. I provided honest feedback, but no one seemed to care and there was no suggestion of a replacement meal or money discounted and the experience was an expensive one (£85 for 3 people). The positive was that I could take my dog.

We ordered take away . Chicken chettinad was a basic oily chicken curry . Had no coconut gravy . Same was okra again too oily. The French fries reeked of old oil . Fish fry didn’t seem fresh . All in all very disappointing.

Really enjoyed the food! Was dining alone on business and was made very welcome by Arun. The restaurant was very quiet (based on the food it deserved to be way busier!)Very good selection of beers on tap and a great menu with several options for a pescatarian.I had the Amrotsari fish to start, which was well spiced and nice and crispy on the outside, with the fish nicely cooked on the inside. For my main, I had the Paneer Mukhani and Pilau rice. Again, nicely spiced, creamy curry.Would highly recommend it.

What a fantastic addition to the town centre! The food was utterly delicious. Indian food is my favourite, and the dhaba curry was genuinely one of the best I've ever had.The mint paratha was a bit dry but still tasted very nice. The beer selection is good, and they also do cocktails. There is only one true craft brewery, though, SALT. The rest are big names. I'd recommend sourcing some local champions - top of that list is Three Hills Brewing.Service was also really good. So, get down there and try it out for yourself!

We went for a works do and the service, food and atmosphere was great. Subsequently we went 2 more times for each of the kids birthdays and each time the food was out of this world. Portion sizes are great and the food selection is great.
