The staff are so lovely and kind and make you feel very welcome! However my first acrylic nail fell of 2 days after getting them done then the rest shorty followed meaning my nails only lasted a week, she did a great job at brows but left a burn and left my eyebrows to be very red for about 2/3 weeks with red spots that didn’t go down which they usually do when I go to another eyebrow salon, I would say the eyebrow tint and wax was a nice shape and colour however the nails didn’t last the length of time they should have! But the staff are very welcoming

Fabulous service at very reasonable prices in this friendly town centre salon. Just love my nails guys!! You have picked up what colours I like and your suggestions have been really helpful. I would fully recommend a visit to this salon!

Very unwelcoming from the start struggling to get through the door with the pram whilst a young girl (member of staff) stood less than a metre away just standing there gouping, I actually had to say can you help! To say the place was pokey would be an understatement, the place was like a large under stairs cupboard, I should of gone with my gut instinct there and then and walked straight out, stupidly I went against my instincts and went down some stairs to poky room with one chair tv and a light that’s far to bright, when she had done them I looked in the mirror and even through the blinding light I could see straight away that one was straight and one was wonky arching down and diagonal! I looked ridiculous but what was even more worrying was she didn’t even know what was wrong and thought they looked straight! She offered to fix it or take it all off I asked her to fix it (wasn’t easy) and had to show her exactly where I wanted it (to match the other) this girl defiantly has not been to beauty school and must be an apprentice.Came home and was mortified to see them in a natural light, not only the shape was wrong but also the colour was wrong, I said I didn’t want them dark but to match my natural colour, my natural colour is dark brown, not yellow/green!Awful absolutely awful all that to come home and have to scrub my eyebrows with nail varnish remover and a rinse with bleach to get them off! There’s £7 il never see again which btw is far to expensive? Why so much when others salons charge that with them shaped and tinted? To have that here would of been double?She also was exchanging bitchy looks with another member of staff as I regrettably paid!So unprofessional and overpriced for the “customer service” and results you get, which for me was nothing but a very sore face, also skin patch tests arnt optional and the clients choice, they should always be performed.Never ever again!!!

I have just been to allure to the wonderful frankie to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted.yesterday I was treated to a top up of my lashes by Kerry. I must give this wonderful salon the credit it deserves.fab service by professional staff and always a warm welcome.i would not go anywhere else as these girls really know there stuff and I have never been disappointed.highly recommended
