I am extremely pleased with the standard of work provided by Craig at Ruby Heritage, along with his honesty and professionalism.He kept me informed throughout the process as to when he would and would not be here (not always the case in the building trade), and even after I disclosed to him a much higher price I had been quoted elsewhere, he did not attempt to take advantage of this and quoted independently and very fairly.We had a substantial chunk of the front of our building re-rendered in traditional lime as it should be, and now painted it looks good as new.Craig even took the time to take a video for me of the works from on the scaffolding, as he knew I didn't like heights.Would absolutely recommend and use Ruby Heritage again.
