Absolutely the best experience here. There is such an amazing selection of glasses, and Emma, Nick and Adam are the loveliest, bubbliest, most helpful people. They will make you feel very at ease and help you find exactly what you are looking for and what looks good on you. Thank you for the fab glasses, love them!Would 100% recommend here!

By Far the best place to get your glasses anywhere in the NorthWest! They have some really cool and trendy frames to suit all budgets and the service is unbeatable! Both Emma and Nick have a real knack for finding you frames that are different, but will suit you aswell! I would get my glasses from there again and again and again!

Highly recommended! Great, personal service, fabulous range of products, many Designer options, all fairly priced. Emma the owner took as much time as we needed to make our choices, not only with frames but with all the options on lenses. There was no pressuring up-selling, just keen to sort us out with what we needed. No hidden costs/charges, everything upfront.And - the best bit maybe? - at My Glasses Shop, they will fit new lenses to your existing frames wherever suitable, if you prefer. Now try getting a high street opticians to do that for you!We’ll be back again!

Excellent friendly service. I got 5 star world class service, yet felt like 'an ole friend' was selling me some glasses! They made me feel welcome from my first interaction.I had a request for some limited Guess glasses that the store didn't even stock.Not only did they listen to my requirements, they allowed me to correspond via text, so I could continue about my day. They found the glasses I wanted, in Italy! Ordered them for me at an amazing price and got them to me in store in swift timing.I've had these glasses before from a national brand, and My Glasses Shop did them far cheaper for me. I can't believe how affordable their brand designer glasses are, and inclusive within the price too. I 100% will not shop anywhere else in the future.

The customer service is outstanding. I lost my prescription sunglasses 2 days before going on holiday, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a new pair of glasses to take with me. Lovely couple who offered a personal touch. Nothing is to much trouble.

This shop and the staff are amazing!! I initially bought a pair of Prada transition lens glasses. After explaining what I was looking for Emma understood and pointed me in the right direction. The staff here are not pushy sellers but there to advise and give honest opinions on what suits you best. I had to go back to have a small adjustment made and nothing was too much trouble and ended up buying two more pairs!! The range they stock is the best in the area by far and well worth a visit. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for something stylish and classy… 5*
