Vivah Decorations

Very good experience with the whole Vivah team. They were so helpful during a stressful couple of years aka the pandemic. I have even recommended them to many of my friends who have all had similar experiences. I will definitely be using them again for any future functions.

I went to visit Vivah on the back of recommendations from friends and family. They had used vivah and all had a good experience. When I went in I felt they could really offer me what I wanted they had some great set ups, a floral wall which was perfect and exactly the centre pieces I was looking for. I set my heart on having vivah for my wedding day.The man was really helpful and took my details he said he would contact me or email me back. We were having a very small function and made him aware of this. I called back a few days later with the full details of what we wanted. I sent a further email too.I was really disappointed as I received no response. I contacted several times and once got through to someone who said they would definitely come back to me. After a few weeks I popped in and was told the man we spoke to wasn’t in and they would get him to contact us. After several times of contacting I eventually gave up. I don’t know if this was down to me having a small function but it would have been nice if we have been told this. The least they could have said was we can’t cater for your function but at no point did they do this.It took a long time to find someone local who could offer us what we wanted but we eventually found someone great and glad it worked out.I would just say to vivah you have some great set ups which we have seen but it’s a real shame about your service and the lack of communication, please bear in mind to be honest and open with your clients in the future. The time we wasted chasing you caused me stress and It’s not what someone needs when planning there wedding.

Harjit and the team at Vivah decorated the venue for my nephews wedding. The room looked absolutely amazing. All the guests were very impressed with the quality of the decorations. We inadvertently left the wedding presents at the venue. Harjits team picked them up and made sure we got everything. A very big thank you to Vivah for making the day special. Would highly recommend them for any event

Poor service. Lack customer skills as barely any communication untill the last minute. Prices are higher for the quality...shop around.Venue wasn't layed out as discussed. Extra clean up was required prior to the event starting. Led floor wasnt as grand as expected for the price.Poor management skills overall for a wedding/events planner.

Pinda and his staff did us proud at my daughters wedding (Justine and Alvaro) at Weston Hall, Bulkington. The table decorations to the backdrop were just amazing. Definately would recommend. Also cannot forget the DJ, had everybody up dancing the whole night. Thanks Pinda and everyone involved x

Then that's why I'm leaving this here and speaking up. We had a small wedding, found this companyand thought wow they could do it all.Unfortunately, they took the job onbut couldn't be bothered to do thejob. We had to chase them run after them contact them etc. The lady we was dealing with Harjit was letting us down so bad with weeks left they hadn't taken any payment arranged anything, oh and she was to concerned about going on her holiday than arranging anything with us. Theyare unprofessional to another level. There is also another review on the site like ours from someone else who tried using themfor their small wedding. Please read.The WhatsApp messages I have fromHarjit are shocking. Luckily we understood just weeks before they NEVER had any intention of working with us, guess it wasn't enough of a big job for them. But they didn't have to be cruel and pretend they was going to do it and then not bother. They could have just said no we don't cater for small weddings, would have been way more appreciative. I truly hope no one has to go through what we did and that also weeks before our wedding with this company.unbelievable!! ⚠️ TO USE ATYOUR OWN RISKI also left this on their Instagram and they blocked and deleted it.. wonder how many people they have done that too!!!
