Lucy has done an amazing job for my pub shed sign, I'm so pleased with it. All the little extras that I requested were accommodated with no problems at all, and no extra cost!! Fantastic service, I would recommend to anyone looking for a pet portrait!

After being forced in to upgraded to guaranteed next day delivery for an additional £10, the item did not arrive next day. Company now not responding to me emails, calls, social media and I’ve just received a message from FedEx that the parcel is not being delivered until the 27th. Absolutely gutted and I want a refund - £10 for next day delivery that arrives a week late!
