Excellent service and extremely friendly and helpful.I made a private purchase and had the bike delivered to Omega in the morning for a check up.As soon as it arrived, a mechanic took the bike out of the truck and immediately went to work.From beginning to end, Tan and the team were second to none in making sure the bike was in the best order and boy did they!By the afternoon, it was ready and parked outside. Tan wished me well and good luck and was even handed me an icecream to close the deal (just before they sent me on my way)!Would I recommend?...DEFINITELY!Thanks Omega!

The best service I had in the area hands down! I have tried several repair shop places and always got disappointed for various reasons until I discovered this dealership.Mario was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Even on his busy day, he took his time to explain and advice without rushing me. If you have Yamaha and want service by accredited Yamaha dealer, I strongly recommend Omega.

Even if they are extremely busy to pick up the calls on a regular basis (which is an absolute evidence of the great service provided, but not enough staff or bigger place). That won't even affect the greatness of this place on top of the really and truly professional staff starting from the walk in until you get the bike back.Thanks you is not enough. And pleeeease maintain the same level of everythingThe same opinion applies to the sales branch.(Haven't got a photo for the Nmax to upload)**

Brought my MT07 here for it's first service. John and Tanya were friendly and helpful. Service was done without any fuss and for a reasonable price. They also managed to improve the initial lumpy throttle response which I really appreciate! Will definitely bring my bike here again when the next service is due.

I've booked my Tracer 07's 6k servicing with 3 days in advance and picked Julio (the mechanic I trust) for 15:00 slot. However, I got there a bit early because it is from my nature to be earlier than late, the young lady who greeted me seemed to be amused just for the fact that I was early, for that I had asked her if I could wait yeah ok" - she replied. When speaking to Julio - the mechanic he told me that the servicing he was busy with would take 2 hours to be completed and there was a free mechanic

I had a service here two days ago, even though I came 15 mins after closing time the staff waited for me, which I found really helpful. The service itself was immaculate, they gave my bike a wash and the bike felt brand new. The brakes were smoother, the gear changes were smoother and the bike was spotless. Very happy and will definitely be returning.
