How disgusting that Ant has been fined when he is keeping all us locals going with our hardware needs thank goodness he can operate as a click and collect as this is a small family run friendly helpful shop that needs our custom.

Longstanding local family owned business. They are always on hand helping, knowledgeable about their stock and Covid safe. Their pricing compared to other hardware shops is slightly higher, however understandable, as competing with bigger chains with a larger bugdet can't be easy. I have bought several items over the last 7 years and all have been good quality, not cheaply made and have aged well. They do stock a wide variety of items, from usual hardware items, paints, painting accessories, light switches and door mechanisms, as well as a small selection of childrens toys, crayons and balls. They also stock pet food, toys and gardening equipment. In December they stock a small variety of xmas decorations, wreaths and small plants. Although if you are looking for a wide variety of colour paints, they only have a small variety of basic colours. They are always observed to be working and busy when I've walked past and they're an all round lovely bunch. A small family business that I love to support when needed. I'd definitely recommend.

Brilliant customer service the whole staff is very helpful. They advise for the best products you need, at reasonable prices. Andy even helped fixed the breaks on my daughter's bike and didn't even charge for his services. Highly recommended as I used whenever I need products for my house.

Homely, and very friendly,nothing too much for them to carry your purchase out to your car if it's bulky or heavy.

This shop and staff are amazing , nothing is too much trouble and they stick to the distancing rules to the letter
