Sam and her team have just given me the best experience I've had with any business ever. The premises are immaculate, everyone went above and beyond with their care and attention to detail. Sam explained everything so well and I learned things I didn't know despite having visited opticians for 36 years. I felt in incredibly safe hands and I received a friendly welcome from everyone. Excellent experience. Welcoming and knowledgable staff. I always go to Sam for my eye tests. She is amazing, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. Wide choice of frames and lens options and support from staff to choose what was right for me. Communication regarding delivery of my new glasses was spot on. I was a little hesitant about having my eyes checked due to a poor experience elsewhere, but I needn’t have worried as from the moment I stepped into Samantha Hague Optometry I felt at ease and confident that I was getting the very best service available anywhere. I had a very thorough eye examination with the latest speciality equipment, everything was explained fully to me and any questions I asked were answered in depth. I was given options of the many different coatings for the lenses etc., and everyone took so much time to make me feel like a valued customer. When my prescription lenses arrived (very promptly) they were absolutely perfect for me, and my eyesight, whilst wearing them, is now the best it has been for many years. I had a follow-up phone call to make sure everything was as I expected (the service was above and beyond everything I expected!) and I was told I could pop in anytime to have my glasses adjusted if necessary.Everyone at SHO was so friendly, helpful, and kind, but professional too. My husband also had the same experience with SHO at the same time, and we will both definitely be returning for future appointments. We both thoroughly recommend all the staff at SHO for their expertise and the best quality eye care you can get! Thank you.

The service received from Samantha during the eye test was first class and could not be faulted. I was made to feel completely at ease the whole time. The staff were excellent and extremely professional in helping me to choose the glasses I required. When collecting the glasses I was put at ease with them ensuring the fit was correct. I was also advised that any follow-up adjustments would be no problem. I found it to be an excellent and first class service in the care of such an important thing as eyesight
