The topsoil is full of glass, stones and plastic. It's so bad I really don't want to use it on my garden. The pea gravel is absolutely fine quality however and I will use that. They are now refunding me and have agreed to collect the mound of soil and rubble. It's a shame it wasn't handled in a nicer way although I'm very pleased to be getting it removed and refunded. The head of sales was implying all sorts of reasons other than the fact that extremely poor quality soil was delivered. Unfortunately it was delivered while I was away but my adult child was here to receive it. They called me to say the quality was bad. That was a month ago and I wish now we'd contacted Briarlea then. We should have done as that is also leading them to question what we're saying.I would have been delighted to use a local company again but unfortunately not this one. I have already ordered from another company which has premium grade topsoil. I can't wait to get my garden looking great!
