JCT600 Audi York

Recently bought an A3 from here. Firstly, the car itself is amazing and I couldn't be happier. Secondly, the service was incredible. Gabby, who looked after me, was super helpful. She laid out everything that was required step-by-step during the purchase and was available whenever I had a question.

I visited Audi York to look at swapping my car out for a new one not so long ago and I was warmly welcomed by a member of staff named Charlotte who sat me down. asked me for a tea or coffee and went through my options with me. Unfortunately the cars | liked were a little out of my price range however I was really impressed with the quality of service and support from the team. I would definitely recommend this dealership if you're unsure of what it is you're looking for for your next car as they have all sorts in stock. I will definitely be back at a laterdate (hopefully to buy a car this time!)

Recently bought my new van here. Alex who I dealt with was excellent at his job and took the time to explain everything about the van and my finance options. Recommended.

Gabriela provided us with all the information about the car and came across sincere and honest and with no pushy sales talk or tactics. We felt no pressure or obligation to buy but we were happy with the vehicle and the service. On the collection day, Gabriela personally came to pick me up from the train station and worked quickly to resolve a small issue we had with the car. Overall, I felt at ease spending a very significant amount of money on the car. I believe I got a very good deal and could not be happier. I love the recordings uploaded so I can hear and see an explanation of what York Audi are doing to my car.Any instructions I give, eg not washing my car, are followed.Staff are friendly and welcoming when dropping my car off and picking up.Also, I love the scent that was put in my car when the service was completed.

About a week ago we went to look at buying a new Audi. Turning into the car park, a big white audi came out, with a staff member driving who was too busy on his phone whilst driving and just pulled out infront of us. We addressed this with a member of staff and found he was a senior manager. We were offered a phone call from this manager regarding the incident. We declined as not much point explaining you shouldn't we using a phone when driving, as its the law.Very friendly staff when we went inside. The staff were very knowledgeable.

Excellent service by the team at Audi York when purchasing my new vehicle. Very efficient, friendly and personal service throughout. Tom Meeke was very attentive and knowledgable always taking time to ensure everything was covered. The management team took time to personally thank us and answer any further questions we had. Overall a great experience and very smooth from initial viewing to receiving the vehicle directly at home.

We recently bought an Audi from York Audi. York Audi were excellent to deal with. I highly recommend them. Paul Johnson looked after us really well. He listened to our requirements and found the right car for us. There was no pushy sales or pressure to buy. He explained everything really clearly about the car and the finance. He’s followed up with us after the purchase to ensure everything was ok after we got the car home. Really excellent service and friendly and easy to deal with. Charlotte Tetlow dealt with our sale. She was efficient n professional throughout however more importantly she cared n understood that buying a car is stressful for some n she made the process as simple and as stress free as possible. She is an asset to the company. I would definitely buy from Audi again.
