I used Lennox at Obtainable Fitness for a sports massage on my back. I suffer from back problems and have used people before and not felt a difference however after just one session, I could already feel a relief in my back! I would highly reccomened this friendly and professional service!

I went to see Lennox at Obtainable Fitness for help with a lower back sports related issue I’d been having for the last 6 months. I’d tried all sorts of other therapies to help ease the pain but to little positive effect.After one 90 minute session, Lennox was able to alleviate my pain. Further booster sessions then helped me maintain my comfort level so that I am now feeling much much better.I would definitely recommend his services for anyone else experiencing some similar issues.

This is my second appt at this clinic and both experiences have been really good. Yesterday Emma gave me a sports massage which was exactly what I needed. Very professional and really helped with my back pain. I will 100% be coming back for recurring appointments and would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I have had several sessions at Obtainable Fitness with Kesh and Emma. They are both extremely professional and were able to pin point what was causing pain in my left arm. They provided a treatment plan for me with some easy to do home excercises which have been very beneficial so far.

Constant back pain is excruciating, after my first session oh my god I couldn't believe the difference on how it just took the pain away for a while, then I was looking forward to my second and third sessions. I would advise anybody to go for a sports massage. Anyway thank you very much Lenny job well done it worked a treat much appreciated thank you. I will definitely recommend you to people I know if they need a sports massage.
