Incredibly efficient and organised, Sam Austin and Lisa Taylor had everything sorted well in advance which really gave us peace of mind. Sometimes a little difficult to get through to on the phone because they are so busy, but the app is excellent and they always respond by email. We had a difficult and protracted purchase but BLJ always gave us confidence that they were working hard to complete. Lisa was particularly supportive at the end! I have recommended to all my friends who have all also been very happy with their work.

I had a will drawn up by BLJ and the service was exceptional. On recommendation by me my friend's dying parent had hers drawn up and they came to the house to discuss and returned to get it signed and witnessed etc - all done three days before the lady died. I have nothing negative to say.

They did some conveyancing works for me with my property purchases and are good with their response time and overall got the job done, thus returned to use them again this year for conveyancing and also got the job done well

I give a special big shout out to Joe Connor and Lawrence Dunne whom I personally dealt with and were both excellent, although the wider team include Jess and Talitha too - all so professional. Joe and Lawrence liaised with me keeping me updated of any developments, returning phone calls promptly and amazingly meeting the tight deadlines due to the other party's mortage offer time limit. I installed their app, which broke down every step of the process as well as making it understandable. This was a particularly busy period for property sales due to the stamp duty holiday, however all aspects of the process were handled within a very reasonable timescale.
