Worst service ever! They delivered flowers that I had ordered for my bride to be on the morning of our wedding to a completely different address to the one given. To make it worse the flowers had the correct address attached to them. I have no idea how they could get it so wrong. Incompetentence of the worst degree

I was quite embarrassed by the floral tribute provided for my friends funeral, I could have got better in a supermarket for £10 see advertised versus reality.
