Cycles Scuderia

Probably the best bike shop I've visited.I was in the market for a new road bike and had some pretty specific wants. The bike shops near where I live either didn't sell a great range of bikes or were generally not very helpful. Cycle Scuderia were different. They had a great range of brands, any of which I would have been happy with and when I spoke to Craig on the phone, he was so helpful and able to fit to my needs. The team are also incredibly knowledgable and being a family business, customer service and reputation seem very important to them.I live about 200 miles away from the shop, but I chose them to deal with... and I'm really glad I did.I had to be a bit patient with wait times - there is an industry shortage of kit at the moment, but Craig was very good at keeping me up to date and today I took receipt of my brand new Pinarello Prince. It's a beauty. Again, I didn't want it in the configuration it came in, but that was no problem at all for Cycle Scuderia. When I arrived at the shop today, there it was set up for my geometry and all ready for me to test ride. A few minor adjustments later and a few accessories fitted and I was good to go.The M5 back was horrendous, but I've already taken the bike for its first ride and I had a smile on my face all the way around. I'll take it back for a tune up once everything's bedded in and I've found my new favourite bike shop!Thanks.

Absolutely fantastic service. Extremely knowledgable. Craig went to great lengths to find me an e road bike that was small enough to fit me (I’m under 5ft). These guys aren’t interested in just selling you a bike, they want to ensure it’s right for you and you will love it. Pre sales and post sales are excellent

Popped in with bike as there was an annoying issue with one of my brake levers. I was holidaying in the area and came scross them by chance. .They were very happy to take a look and diagnosed and sorted the problem.very quickly and efficiently.Staff very friendly and happy to help and offer advice. Will definitely use this store again when next in the area.

Cycles Scuderia built me a tailor made road/trail bike that fits like the finest Saville Row suit. Spent some time getting carefully measured up and selecting the right level of bits. A couple of weeks later the bike was completed and it's truly amazing. It feels like a new pair of legs and I no longer have to hang on the back of the group. I thought my other bike fitted well but this one is much more effective. Using an Enigma Escape frame and mostly Shimano fittings the bike feel sharp but not harsh.
