Brilliant experience from start to finish. From quote stage to completion the service was great - very clear quote and communication and we always received a quick response to any queries. We replaced 16 windows and the quality of the new windows supplied is of extremely high quality. Good, solid traditional sash windows that have made a huge difference already to the heat loss and sound proofing in our property. Would definitely recommend!

They have just manufactured and installed 14 double glazed box sash windows in our house, which were delivered and installed exactly when they said they would be. From start to finish they have behaved in a thoroughly professional manner.We are delighted with the quality of the fully painted box sash windows, which are an exact replica of the Edwardian windows they replaced. The installation process was faultless and carried out without any issues and they all look fabulous.

We had 3 sash and 2 square bay timber frame windows made by Monika and her team. Monika was so helpful and responsive from the initial enquiry and throughout the ordering process, and was also on hand to ensure safe delivery and fitting too.The windows look great and have made such a difference in the house. It’s quite a novelty being able to open and close all of the windows!Thank you Monika and the team!

Very happy with the double glazed timber door. Monika was excellent in providing options and what I could do especially since I had a cat flap which was a bit difficult to install. The team was great, very efficient, cleaning up as the went. The space was very small and awkward and they did a great job protecting the surrounds. It looks fantastic.
