I'm happy for the previous people that used their services and have been satisfied, but my experience was quite disappointing. After booking my S60 for the auxiliary belt replacement, I've been sent back and rebooked because they haven't had the tool to perform the job. Days later I leave the car and I get the invoice with about 40£ more than initially quoted, apparently for more work hours needed. It's the first time in 15 years of possessing a car that I have to pay more than the quote price. With the hassle of coming from Nottingham to Derby and the taxi money to leave the car I ended up spending the same money as the main dealer, with the difference that I've lost 2 days to do the job. I should have been more patient and use as many suggest the Nottingham Volvo specialist.

Have been a customer of VOLSAA for 20+ years. Always had great reliable service and honesty with any repairs required to my 3 Saab cars. Great staff, expert knowledge, always willing. A pleasure to do business with Alan, Geoff and Ross & co. Solid people, advice and customer service. Quality work at a fair cost. This garage is the best in Derby by far. The mechanics (especially the boss) always look after me and the prices are always very fair. Customer service is excellent and they always do a great job and give honest advice and information. Highly recommend. I no longer work locally but will still travel the distance for their service.

These guys offer an exceptional service. The aftercare i was offered was second to non, and the staff really do go the extra mile. Highly reccomend.

My Volvo looked like it was on the point of no return, with predictions of expensive replacements or scrappage, but the team at Volsaa were excellent, keeping me updated regularly on their findings and mercifully finding a far cheaper solution to my predicament. They really pulled out the stops at a great price. I can't praise them enough.

These guys know their stuff. I bought a Saab four years ago and have used them exclusively ever since. It's not super cheap but you know you are getting a good job. They correctly identified the cause of a knocking on my 9-3 cabriolet (a loose bolt on a chassis strengthener) and sorted it... no charge. Which tells me they look after a loyal customer. And when I had a breakdown and dumped the car on them without notice there was no problem whatsoever; they got right on it. There's a lot of cowboy mechanics out there. These guys are definitely not one of them. Need Saab or Volvo work doing? I would recommend.

Not a great experience with VOLSAA unfortunately and I won't be going back.I contacted them when I got a DPF Soot Filter Full" warning on my Volvo V40 and it had gone into limp mode. On first contact they were friendly and responsive and agreed to look at the car that day
