Doesn't appear to be much from the outside but the staff ate great despite the surrounding. Who needs big flashy offices when you provide an excellent service? Maybe not the cheapest but well worth it for the support you get. Strongly recommend for IT services and PCs.

Very professional, knowledgeable and fast with repair turnaround. Granted the issue was just a fan, but I was extremely pleased with the service and the recommendations to fix the issue. Also, the price was very reasonable and convenient parking on-site. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

I have been using Ideal Technology for around 4 years now, and have bought perhaps 6 PCs both for use in my business and at home.I have always received excellent advise on what specs to go for. They never try to oversell, but offer a good PC appropriate to my budget and requirements.The PCs function well and are still going strong. I had a small issue with one, and this was resolved quickly and with no-fuss whatsoever. I dread to think how long it would have taken to sort out had bought from one of the larger well known chains. I have confidence that they are able to support me and my business should the need arise. This re-assurance is important to me as my online business relies on a having stable IT system.I recommend this company for both home and business customers.

Bought a new machine during COVID. Gave them my budget and rough requirements. They were cheap enough i was able to upgrade components to get up to my budget! They certainly don't take the pee :)I had an issue with a USB socket. They sent me a dongle free of charge to help diagnose the issue.My dad has used these guys for years, for new machines and help/maintenance.Great service. No complaints.

My father who is in his late 80's had a laptop from Ideal some while ago and have helped with updates along the way. Recently he had an issue with Zoom and the laptop running slowly so he popped in and within a short period of time one of the guys checked, explained the issue and sorted it in about 15 mins.And at no charge, I dread to think of how he would have been treated at a lot of other places. Obviously these guys are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and offer a professional friendly service.
