Saved my life. My car was involved in a hit and run which was caught on their camera . They were so nice that they helped me gather all the information about the driver even before I got there. They also helped organise a hire-car as a replacement with an accident management company. They took my car in and changed the whole bonnet within a week after insurance approved. They kept me in the loop at all times and were very nice and pleasant. My car looks like it was never in an accident. I would be definitely using them again for anything car-related from now on.

After a incident at work, my car was damaged on the driver door and rear door - Pat was very hepful in quoting me initially, and advising me around the whole operation. Took the car in on a tuesday and it was back with me by weekend at a very very competitive price, and the work is immaculate.Would reccomend in a heartbeat. Great service.

Best place in the north west for repairs, swift recovery swift repair and excellent communication all the way though. Will always be using MARC in future with all our vehicles ( plus family and friends vehicles ) reception staff where so helpful throughout Suzanne and Christine kept me up to date each time I called and contacted me with every update they had. My car recently needed a body repair and I was given great service from MARC. From picking up my car, to its quick return with an faultless repair everything was dealt with so very professionally. The staff I spoke to were all very pleasant and efficient and the body shop people are just excellent. A great all round service.

The staff and the service that MARC provides are exceptional. From the moment I had taken my car in, all the staff went above and beyond, offering to give me a courtesy car for just an afternoon whilst replacing my tyres, the cost of the the tyres was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business, top class!!

Customer service was excellent throughout the repair process, dealt with Pat. All work to my Mercedes was completed on time & to a high standard, my car looked like new when i got it back. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest garage that won't over charge you.

I cannot recommend Manchester Accident Repair Centre enough! Following my non fault accident in my three week old car, I contacted MARC to get a price for repairing my vehicle. The receptionist Krissy was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be recovered the same day. I was provided with a courtesy car the following day whilst my car was in for repairs. I was kept updated all along the way with where my repair was up to and cannot thank MARC enough for their excellent customer service. They made what should have been a stressful time the complete opposite. My bumper was replaced with genuine BMW parts and the paint work is flawless. My car was returned to me extremely quickly and was as good as new. It is impossible to tell that there has been a brand new bumper fitted and that it has re-sprayed. I’m hoping I don’t have to use a bodyshop again but if I do have to, I will certainly be using MARC and will be recommending them to anyone.
