The near-bald guy is rude. Asked a simple question and was met with hostility. I asked him if there is a warranty and refund policy for monitors and he tried to drill me, asking me why would I need a refund. I don’t think this is an unreasonable question to ask when many stores offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. I was going to purchase the monitor but quickly lost appetite when he said “If you want a refund then I won’t sell it to you.” I was just asking if there’s a refund policy just in case, I don’t even know if I am going to want to refund it. The answer I got at the end was that refunds are only made if there’s a faulty error with the product, which I think is completely reasonable. Yet, the whole exchange was unnecessarily hostile. I would just recommend people to go to Curry’s instead of supporting this, at least what seems to be, a small local business.

I had to go in as my MacBook Air battery needed a service. I was very impressed with the speed of the service - I went in on the Monday and by the Friday morning I was all sorted. I was kept aware of the progress of when the battery was ordered and when the battery arrived. My computer was handed back after being cleaned and was in an even better condition than before. I would highly recommend this shop and the services it provides. I am a very satisfied customer and will be going back if I have any other issues.

Had what we thought was a charging port issue but turned out to be an issue with the motherboard shorting somewhere.Coming here saved us so much money! Something that would have been at least £65+ and taken 1-2 weeks to send off elsewhere, but the person who helped us here managed to get the issue resolved in under an hour for £35.While my laptop might not have been worth saving, coming here was definitely worth the savings! Thank you so much!

I strongly recommed this shop, both for customer care and prices.I went there for my PC (it came out my SSD was broken) and in one hour he replaced the component and tried to save the damaged files. In the meanwhile he also offered me a cup of tea, so kind!

The store had very fast expertise, my HP laptop screen didn't display, and the fan didn't work. After an inspection, the shop found the problem within 10 minutes, the fan was not found fault after inspection, the computer screen could not display because a part was not firmly connected, I arrived in the afternoon, the computer was repaired the next day, the repair price is also affordable, thank you again.

Just wanted to say thank you for helping me yesterday, to get a new laptop charger for my work laptop. Stupidly left mine in an office in Sheffield the day before. Great to have somebody local with a well stocked pc store, who can help with the simple things as well the more technical.

Had no clue what went wrong with my laptop, and over the course of three brief trips in, had my harddrive replaced and laptop fully operational again! Super kind, an absolute bargain for the quality of service provided. Cannot recommend more highly!

Decent place, they helped me out with a harddrive that had died. They couldn't recover it, but they didn't charge any labour even though they worked with it for a half hour. They also sell components in addition to repairs

Fantastic service, took my desktop PC here after being quoted £75 by Currys just for them to look at it. I walked into the store and within minutes they had my computer stripped down and checked out. My issue turned out to be a simple problem to fix and I ended up walking out with fully working PC. This was completed for a fraction of the price Currys would have charged me, in a fraction of the time. Brilliant!
