My Daughter and I went into the shop at Pudsey to purchase a photo of my recently deceased husband, to place on the coffin at his funeral the next day. The lady ( Wish I'd got her name) was so lovely especially when we started to get upset. We picked a frame and told to go back in 10-15 mins. When we went back the lady told us we didn't have to pay for the photo and frame and it was a gift from them to us. We tried to say we would pay for it but she wouldn't let us ( tears again) We are so grateful for her help and kindness. There are angels amongst us.

Called in today to get photos done for my daughter's bus pass. Had originally intended using the traditional photo booth at the end of the store but it wasn't working.The shop was very busy and the lovely lady who took my daughter's photo appeared to be the only member of staff there. She was absolutely fantastic though, despite having to run from customer to customer. I'd visited a while ago to have passport photos done and again it was super busy with the same lovely lady. Excellent customer service.

Great guy and to the point. We went for our toddlers passport photo - in and out in about 10mins. Our toddler felt relaxed in the quiet shop and the gentleman was professional and efficient. He directed us perfectly it was done without any faff!

Thanks, I was just here to pick up a few photos and bits, so I will use them again, so I'm sure the majorities would do use them as there in every town or shopping centre and are well known bow

My wife and I visited today on a busy Saturday afternoon with our two young children.We really enjoyed our time, fantastic customer service even though the shop was extremely busy.My only regret is not asking for her name so I could give a personal mention!

they copy anything you need and will resize or download from any phone. Always for I am offers on too and they sell frames and albums too. Even transfer VHS to DVD now. Highly recommend and helpful and friendly.

What can I say but Brilliant. I needed to print out and copy a lot of photos for my father's funeral. The lady who served me was so patient and gentle with me ( I kept getting confused about which ones I wanted and size ). After she printed off a poster, she even went out of her way to put it into a frame for me and went above and beyond. There was a few times in the shop when I felt upset looking at all the photos of my dad and she quickly picked up on this and showed an interest about my dad asked me questions about the photo not rudely and this put me at ease. I then enjoyed talking about him rather than bursting into tears. The woman was amazing. Sorry I didn't get her name now , but she had excellent customer service and how it used to be! I will be going back to the Pudesy store as i still have more photos to print.
