We have had a very bad experience with this company when our return flight was delayed and diverted to another airport the next day , we were left at Gibraltar airport and told to make our own way to Malaga airport .There was no provisions for food or transport by this tour operator resulting in our party feeling stranded , we had to hire cars and buy our own food at great expense , upon arriving in Malaga we were directed to a hotel for our stay until the next day only to be told there was no facilities open as the hotel was effectively close as it was the low season.No food, coffee or drink were available and to top it all out we had to pay an additional 35 euros to allow more then one person to stay in the double room , eventually upon arriving at the airport we were told our seating had been change to sitting in the middle of the row of three and my wife and I weren’t sitting together , our original booking was sitting together in row one with extra leg room.When we phoned the tour operators who handle our booking in its entirety concerning compensation for our expenses they said you have to claim from the airline .We pointed out our contract was with My Gibraltar not the airline and believe as tour operators its their responsibility under law to ensure we Had transfers and food during this disruption only to be told they are not responsible and won’t entertain any compensation

I booked a vacation to Gibraltar for May 2018, a surprise for my partners 70th birthday. Included in the booking was a dolphin safari which I paid an extra £40 for. So we were in Gibraltar and it was the day before the safari when I realised that I had no itinerary for the trip. So my partner and I made enquiries at the hotel reception, we didn't know the name of the company, who to contact or a time and venue. The lady behind the reception was brilliant, she rang around on our behalf. She consequently told us that neither companies had our names on their bookings list. I felt totally let down and what made it worse was the fact that I had booked it actually on my partners birthday. Anyway we managed to book another trip the following day - £50. On our return I contacted mygibraltar regarding the trip that didn't happen and also the fact that I had to pay an extra £50 for another safari. They asked me to email them with a copy of the receipt, which I did immediately. That was in May and to cut an exceedingly long story short , they reimbursed with £40 on August 23rd. They also offered me £50 discount on the next vacation that I book through them???

Top marks to My Gibraltar for their first class service. Jessica has been extremely helpful with my booking which is to be a surprise for my Husband next month. Within hours of paying the balance I had all the necessary documents emailed to me together with some discount vouchers. It is rare to find such excellent Customer Service these days and I would definitely recommend My Gibraltar. Thank You so much.

Great service from extremely helpful staff which make booking your break in Gibraltar an absolute breeze. We have used them many times and have never yet been disappointed. Nothing is too much trouble for them, would definitely recommend My Gibraltar if you are planning a visit to Gibraltar.

Excellent service as always from My Gibraltar, particularly Shammika. We're off to Gibraltar again in May & also September to embrace National Day following our visit last July to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our wedding in Gibraltar. We wouldn't dream of booking trips to Gibraltar from any agent other than My Gibraltar who provide a first class service at the best posssible prices. Highly recommended.

Have just spent Christmas on sunborn in Gibraltar. What can I say wow never used my Gibraltar before. Booked online from Bristol airport easy to make payments. Only booked bed and breakfast all I can say is an amazing week from start to finish. Room view breakfast all good. I couldn't fault staff through out visit. Also good value worth every penny. Thankyou to staff and my Gibraltar for an amazing Christmas.

My wife and I are regular visitors to Gibraltar and have tried most agents over the years with mixed success. Having discovered My Gibraltar a few years back, we've never once considered going with anyone else. A top class service (Shammi and Jessica are brilliant) and the best prices by a country mile. Keep up the good work!

Used to be a good company. I paid a deposit of £150 but Easyjet have cancelled....so MyGibraltar charge ME a £50 'handling fee'??...No fault of mine..I am the one with the cancellled holiday yet I am penalised 33% of my deposit. The holiday was booked way before this pandemic. 90 day wait for my partial refund. May or May not get my insurance payment back.. Needless to say I will go elsewhere. One more point..when I called first time I was met with a What do you want"...shocking"
