We are delighted with our new kitchen/dining space and grateful how, after some significant issues at the outset, Carlos, Jane and the team stepped up to ensure that we reached our end goal as quickly and efficiently as possible. We appreciate the fact that they strove to keep any further inconvenience to a minimum, often finding tradesmen at short notice to keep things on track.

Carlitos did a great job with our Wren kitchen installation. The kitchen fitter, Mark Woodrow, was extremely professional and worked really hard to make sure everything was exactly right. Carlitos also sorted the plumbing and electrics that were needed prior to our kitchen being fitted as well as the plastering of the walls. Very pleased with everything they did and the customer service they have given throughout.

What superb service! We had need of a plumber and one was sent out to assess the situation very quickly. The repair, to a business premises, was completed to an exceptionally high standard in 24hrs despite it being a relatively complicated job. No mess and no fuss - just a good job done. Highly recommended!

Nothing but praise for Carlito's. They were fantastic from beginning to end, even when we had a nightmare with the first kitchen company and ended up returning all original kitchen and going to Wren instead. Carlito's supported us throughout a very stressful time and always made sure they were available to answer any queries or worries. They were especially helpful in answering questions when we were actually in Wren designing the kitchen and went above and beyond in getting the fitting booked in.The fitter Van was amazing, working hard to fit the kitchen diligently and to an exceptional standard. Great, polite and hard-working.The plumber John couldn't do enough to help us and I am quite sceptical about another review which suggested he was rude - we found him extremely polite and he even stayed until 8pm on a Friday evening to make sure our sink was plumbed and that we had water over the weekend.The electricians from HQ were also fantastic - again, they couldn't do enough to help. Joseph, Neil and Donna at Carlito's - just excellent, always happy to help and open and honest with the quote and work required.We are so happy with our kitchen - far better than we ever could have imagined and this was all thanks to Carlito's..I have to say that reading the recent negative reviews - this was not our experience AT ALL. The team were an absolute pleasure to deal with and their work of an exceptional standard. Thanks everyone.

The Customer Service at Carlito's, when dealing with Jane or John, was excellent. Lines of communication were always kept open which was great when anything was needing to be addressed. We cannot thank Jane enough for her help throughout the process.The installation of our Wren Kitchen went extremely well. We now have a wonderful kitchen and we enjoy being in it as we cook, eat and get together with family.We must most definitely give a very big mention to our kitchen installer called Evangelos Kalaitzis. He was amazing. He extracted our old kitchen (plus some wall tiles too) with ease. The old kitchen was placed in an orderly fashion outside our house ready for collection by Clearaby. Clearaby were very efficient when they collected all of the old kitchen cupboards etc, ensuring that every last screw had been cleared. Our new kitchen was installed professionally and with attention to detail at every stage. Thank you Van.Carlito's also organised the other trades who came to our property to carry out alterations to gas, plumbing and electrics - all of which were carried out in a timely manner.If you are considering having a new kitchen installed then we would highly recommend Carlito's Kitchens and Bathrooms Ltd. We would use them again.

We are very happy to recommend Carlitos, having had them install our Wren Kitchen and Utility. Wren used state of the art computer design by trained designers and a virtual reality system to show how our kitchen and utility would finally look. Carlitos undertook a detailed second survey which also resulted in an asbestos survey which was all clear. Our old units were removed and Carlitos sent in their Electricians and Plumbers who were very efficient and put in new pipework and electric sockets and a new Fusebox. Then Carlitos plasterers made good the walls and the ceilings were re-painted. Greg from Carlitos, who was very good at his job, then installed our kitchen and utility appliances and units. During this time new flooring was put down. The electricians and plumbers returned for a second fit to connect the appliances and sinks. Next Wren installed quartz kitchen work tops and removed all of the old units, appliances and builders waste. Finally the plumber returned for the final fitting of the taps and gas hob. This was a major project and had various snags to remedy, but Jon and Jane at Carlitos bent over backwards to resolve these issues and were in near daily contact. The result is a completely up to date kitchen and utility as the pictures show.

It has been an absolute pleasure having the works carried out by the Carlito’s team (stud wall removal and new kitchen fitted). All the guys from the initial clear out, through plastering, plumbing, electrical, installation and tiling have been extremely helpful and highly professional and standard of work is faultless. In addition to this, the support and updates from the team in the office has ensured the whole installation has been smooth and painless.I would 100% recommend Carlito’s to everyone and would look to utilise them again for any future home works…

Carlito's Kitchens fitted a WREN kitchen for me and arranged for all the additional work (electrics, plumbing, tiling) to be carried out. I was very impressed by the quality of the work carried out; any issues that arose were professionally dealt with by them. I would most definitely recommend anyone to employ their services.

Carlitos kitchens fitted our Wren kitchen 5 years ago. We were delighted with the result. The quality and finish was excellent. We had a water softener and all plumbing was re-done to an excellent standard. We had a herring bone floor which was challenging to fit but an excellent job was done. Great joins in the worktop and the overall finish of the kitchen was lovely. The kitchen was not correctly measured originally by wren but Carlitos team responded to our concerns immediately and were able to adapt the design to give us a beautiful final kitchen. Very pleased and will be using Carlito's again.

I really do not think I could possibly write just how over the moon I am with our new Wren kitchen.We were lucky enough to have the best kitchen fitter called Van.His workmanship and work ethic was just outstanding.I have never seen a man work so fast and so hard without cutting corners.Every trades man from Calito’s were a pleasure to have in our house.I promise you if you are looking for a new kitchen then you will have to go a long way to beat this company.Professional, helpful, and top quality workmanship.In the words of Tina TurnerSimply The Best !Better than all the rest !Thank you so so much Carlito’s and Van.
