This was the first time I have purchased a car in the manner I did. I purchased and arranged a deal through photos and video. Not something that us of a certain age are possibly comfortable with. Seen the car on auto trader - rang to book the appointmentI been given appointment on my choice or time. All been discussed and pre-arranged over the phone such as I want to part-ex vehicle, no finance etc.When arrived at garage been greeted and given seat by Jon G. the car I wanted to purchase was ready to test drive. (after doing few identity checks e.g. licence)By the tome I test drew the car I wished to purchase, Jon G - did paper work and inspection of my car that needed trad-in. I already did market research and this is the car ticking the all boxes for me. Initially given very low trad-in price for my car but managed to negotiate at the fair price I was happy with, Manager Gary was involved at this point.Deposit paid and agreed on all work needed doing to the car (Mot, service, and few other repairs) prior to collection. Car was ready at the agreed time and date. Collected car with reasonable amount of fuel.I accidently forgot something in my old car, so I contacted next day via email and I received prompt response back from Jon G and He manage to retrieve the item left behind.Overall happy with the service received first initial contact to completing the sell (No pushing of any additional services ones declined e.g. Paint cover)Thank youSC.

Got my KIA SPORTAGE 2023 delivered by the centre. Excellent service. Timely and no hassle. Delivered right infront of my home. They paid me back for the small change in the promised black fusion version but I am satisfied with the black roof that I got. Staff are friendly and guided me well through the use of my car. My test drive that I did with them was also very well guided and they advised me the best options of car purchase and hence I purchased my car through NHS. Sufficient options for service to be done from the centre. Love the car. Love the tech. Thanks to Kia for such a great car.
