I called to book bait Tuesday they said that bait isn't available so Booked bait for Thursday when I Went to collect the bait the gave me old bait when I them its old bait they Said it isn't too old it's from Tuesday I dont know what to say Tuesday wasn't available but now I should buy the worms that the didn't sale to me the other day

Refreshing - I made an email enquiry and received a reply very quickly, had a few questions to asked and almost immediately got a reply. Good advice for me to subscribe to thier mailing list and doing so I received 10% discount which they honoured. When at the shop the guy was so helpful whilst I tried on my purchase, had a great conversation. The shop is well stocked, staff helpful and listen, not a one-way conversation. Definitely recommend and will use again even though living in London. London tackle shops - pay attention to this kind of service - freshing.

Fantastic, I went in to get a few bits to take my son on his first fishing session.The gent offered to help us with the best set up of our rod if we came back in.So we did, the shop was full of enthusiasts, still the shop keeper still took his time to make sure we had everything we needed to have a successful fishing trip.We will definitely be back, you can really tell when people truly enjoy what they do, these are those people
