This is a very belated review but I have had James out to our house twice over the past couple of years, once when I locked my (only!) key in the garage and again when our front door handle stopped working! Polite professional and high quality service couldn’t recommend James enough

Called James when my son lost house keys. He was superb. Very quick response around 7.00pm to change lock and furnish us with plenty of keys. Also made a small but tricky repair to door. Had he charged more I would not have been surprised. Highly rated.

Absolute legend he came 40min after I contacted him and changed the locks in minutes insisted for me to pay only once he would have done the invoice and checked from inside and outside it was working properly and gave me not 1 or to spare keys but I have 5 keys in total for the overall price it is very good! I can't recommend him enough!

We had a lock fail at the back door early on a boiling hot Saturday in September. Out of all the locksmiths that advertise 24/7 emergency callouts, James was the only one to answer the phone.Just two hours later, James & Daniel arrived, told me exactly what the issue was, and had the parts on the van to fix it for a decent price.They were very friendly and professional, and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a locksmith.
