We came in today to buy flooring for our home. Anna was amazing, she helped us with every step and really took her time to help us find the perfect one. The service couldn’t have been any better, she was very patient, attentive and had great product knowledge! Literally nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much Anna!

Steve the sales advisor was very helpful and gave us excellent advice on different qualities of underlays and showed us the differences on the depth of carpets.

A first class experience from start to finish. No pressure selling in store. Good advice from the salesman. Ronald came out to do our quotation and was very helpful and informative. The guys that came to do the fitting were brilliant and made a fantastic job. The woman that phoned me to arrange the fitting appointment was very polite and helpful. The thing that does need changing at the Meadowhall Retail Park Store is the awful fluorescent lighting. All the people involved with my purchase were first class and a credit to the company, well done.

Went to the store today with family, my 5 year old started jumping on one of the beds, was about to tell my child to come off the bed but then a staff member (dont know his name) started screaming from a far shouting 'get off the bed' then he proceeded to approach my 5 year old screaming 'ITS NOT A PLAYGROUND' 'ARE U GOING TO PAY FOR THAT' 'GET OFF THE BED' (by this time he had already got off the bed) 'IF YOUR NOT GOING TO PURCHASE ANYTHING GET OUT'. Initially we came in to have a look at some beds for my mum but after experiencing this i will never be stepping foot in that store, my child was quite upset and shaky about this as he was very loud and rude. We have always purchased beds and carpets from here and anna has always been very helpful with everything. Very dissapointed. Will be finding out the staff members name soon, but he looks quite rough with heavy under eye bags.

Anna has gone above and beyond to help us when we’d had damage to our carpet order. She spent so much time with us going over everything to put things straight. We are VERY grateful! Thank you Anna
