After being in Farmer Autocare who were unable to help...I decided to try DPH who were not only cheaper, friendlier and they have winter tyres in stock, I will definitely be back

Ridicilus rules. As far as I can understand they do not sell part worn tyres, I don't get the thing they don't replace my Own winter tyres to my Own summer tyres because i did not replaced them at this place before. I'm not going to buy new set of tyres only to become their customer - my current summer tyres have been purchased on August 2020 and have used them for less than 3k Miles and have more than 7mm thread all around.

Make sure your if you hire a van from them and it goes back for maintenance, that you take all personal and business belongings from the van as stuff goes missing. Fact.I left a few quid in the door valeter snaffled it (I seen him) caught red handed when I went back for the fuelcard poor lad obviously doesn't get paid well that he has to take stuffAlso swapped a van on a Friday afternoon left a pair of £300 binoculars in it above drivers seat, van was not out on Hire over the weekend went back on Monday van had been valeted and binoculars where gone, no explanation given other than we don't have them no trust whatsoever be warned.
