Michael came to look at my faulty boiler the Sat morning after I called him although he was extremely busy,as I had no hot water. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was very informative to all the questions I asked about the repair in an understandable manner.He fixed the issue and was very reasonable with his charge even though it was a weekend. Very happy with Preston Plumbing Services and would recommend in a heartbeat.

I contacted Michael to remove my existing bath and shower, and to install new shower tray and shower etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Co ordinated with a tiler, really pleased with the end result and highly recommend Michael, fair price and high standard of work undertaken.

Michael came to replace our boiler, move it to our attic and fit a new shower. Not only was he very competitive, efficient, helpful and really friendly - he even fixed our radiator issues as part of the job after fitting our boiler perfectly! We'd definitely use Michael again - and will recommend him to anyone needing his services!

Very pleased with the service provided. Two new radiators fitted and another moved. Also did an extra job I hadn’t originally asked for. All without fuss and carried out efficiently and with courtesy. Clear timely communications and promises kept. Reasonably priced, the job was done as expected, on time and after they left there was no mess to clean up. All in all very satisfied.
