He sorted our bonkers light fitting so beautifully, taking every effort to get it exactly right. Super friendly and polite, would definitely recommend.

Rang Matt mid-morning and he said that he would call in when finished at another job. True to his word, he arrived, quickly assessed what was needed and offered to do the job straight away. We had waited a year for a previous electrician to get back to us (and he'd made out that it was a difficult job), and one other hadn't even bothered to reply to my request), so we were not going to pass up this opportunity! Half an hour or so later Matt was on his way, leaving behind a very satisfied customer. It baffles me why so many tradespeople in the Forest simply don't reply to enquiries about work, or don't turn up when they say they will. Matt was a refreshing change: wholly professional and pleasant with it. I always research reviews and sometimes query 5 star ratings, but I'm really happy to endorse C.E.S.'sMatt Hancock. Dave F.

Brilliant service from Matt and his team. They changed some electrical work done by another company that we weren’t happy with. Really pleased with the outcome. Professional throughout and a very clean and tidy job. We’d absolutely use CES again in the future.

Amazing service!! Can’t recommend Matt highly enough and yes he really is as good as all his reviews say he is! Made an emergency call out to Coleford Electrical Services when the electrics in our holiday cottage went down. He was round within 30mins and had us back on within the hour!! Not only did he save the day but was so professional, friendly, informative with it. Utterly reliable and trustworthy.
