Although we didn’t end up coming to the home our overall experience in the lead up to potentially taking a place was absolutely excellent. Very caring and showed real concern for my dad. The CEO and deputy manager, their reassurance, trust, knowledge and professionalism were second to none. We are so very grateful for their guidance and support even though we didn’t end up with my dad joining them. Nb We can’t comment on the residential experience only the welcome we had.

Beautiful new care home with wonderful facilities, they have been amazing at looking after my 94 year old Grandmother during her few month respite period with them, especially when she has had some health issues during her stay, the all inclusive" concept is brilliant and allows her to enjoy drinks

The home looks fantastic and we have a great team to look after your loved ones. It is purpose built for care so is fully ensuite, lots of different rooms from beauty salon, cinema and tea shop. Importantly right now, full visiting in our garden room

We went for a visit and assessment to the facility in Salisbury. The building is beautiful and being situated in an estate, next to shops it has an incredibly vibrant feel. The staff were incredibly welcoming. Unfortunately they are full for dementia care at the moment and are not taking in any residents with this condition in the near future.
