Ordered and had delivered within just a few hours, a gorgeous generous spring bouquet for a friend which I know she will love. Beautiful, quality arrangement for an excellent price . I usually use the major on line firm but no longer when this standard comes locally. I will certainly use again.

They did the flowers for my wedding at the lion and swan. The bouquets were fantastic exactly what i wanted the table arrangements were outstanding they made my reception room look like something out of a magazine. The customer service i received was excellent over and above what u could expect. I had a lot of unexpected last minute problems the shop had closed for the day they came straight to me discussed the problem and came back the next morning and did extras on the morning of my wedding. I can't thank them enough for what they did for me. I received really good value for money and a fantastic job i would recommend these people for any occasion u will regret it if u don't use them.

Ordered flowers for my cousin golden wedding anniversary. Requested appropriate colours and hoped on a wing and a prayer that they would deliver something lovely. They did. Over a week later the arrangement is spectacular. Couldn’t be more thrilled. Deep thanks

My family have recently used The Flower Gallery for my Grandad's funeral, when the funeral car arrived with the flowers, we actually gasped in amazement. The arrangement exceeded all expectations and looked magnificent. The attention to detail was incredible and was exactly what we wanted and even better than we imagined. Brilliant, came over from Netherlands for family funeral and we wanted ideas for eco wreath. Owners spent time with us to show us options. Thanks to their creativity and ability to build on our ideas, they produced a wreath containing potted plants that each mourner could take a and have a memory of our mother. We are so happy with their artistic interpretation, we did give them some discretion and it was inspired what they did.I can tell you the undertaker was fullI praise for the quality and beauty while the mourners all thought it beautiful.Thank you chaps for a positive experience during a sad time for us.

I highly recommend this flower shop..For my mothers 91st birthday, Iordered a bouquet of flowers from this florist shop, I live in France and ordered by web and phone which meant I had to give my full confidence to them preparing a bunch of flowers.The bouquet that they prepared was simply fantastic, beautifully composed and perfect for my mothers 91st birthday.On two occasions I spoke to a certain George following a European security problem with my French credit card, he was polite, professional and great to deal with.The flowers were delivered on time and everything was very professional with the service and delivery.Great value for money.Many thanks  for your top  professional service !Richard

One of my Mother's last wishes was for an amazing floral display at her funeral. My Father honoured that wish by ordering an expensive tribute and was assured the Lillys my mother loved so much would look amazing. He also, as requested by The Flower Gallery, recommended other tributes were ordered from them - so they did well from my Mother's funeral. The Father's tribute on the day was lucklustre with no Lillys at all. Afterward he wrote to The Flower Gallery to express his disappointment. Weeks later he has had no response. Obviously the day has passed and no apology will change the grief my Dad felt - not only for the loss of his wife of over sixty years but that he had not been able to honour her wish. He spoke of not much else for days.

On the 13th of Sep I sent my Sister flowers for her Birthday 10 days later and they still look beautiful.

We gave the Flower Gallery a challenge and they excelled themselves. The displays were magnificent; this included a complete archway on a porch which had to be completed in situ, at short notice and within the agreed budget range. The displays were a tribute to both florists and the client. Thank you for listening and providing such magnificent responses to our requests.
