Great customer service from the beginning to the end. Harrison was always keeping us informed in regards to our new car. The car was fully charged so we didn't have to worry ☺️ They were very accommodating and supportive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their next car. Thanks again

Jackie and Amber are just the best, could not be more welcoming. They are a credit to Glyn Hopkins and made my visit enjoyable, explained everything very clearly and with some humour. Just a great shame GH are ditching Fiat in St Albans :) Although the MG3 rental was fun to drive.

Very friendly and personable member of staff, Jackie was very helpful on reception. The service completion was quicker than expected and I received a call to inform me of an early collection. On my return to pick up my vehicle it was a smooth handover. The service and checks carried out were emailed to me promptly, that enabled me to review details of the service and findings, before picking up my vehicle, that I found very helpful. The only perhaps negative point was that on this service they did not valet my vehicle, however they had informed me of this via a voice mail prior to my appointment.

Following my review where I had contacted Glyn Hopkins and not been helped (see below), Jackie called me wanting to sort things out.Couple of conversations later, I have an appointment and a loan car arranged. Absolutely no hassle and great customer service. I hope all will be resolved and, in a few weeks, I will be able to leave a glowing review.Original post: Limited service or support options. Don't work on Fri, Sat, Sun... Times offered are only in the working day (10-4)Not good customer service.

I’ve brought my last couple of cars from MG St Albans and have recently purchased my new car. I dealt with Sameer and Barry who were both a great help and answered any questions/queries I had. The communication from ordering and picking my car up was excellent with continued updates of the status and delivery dates. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for a car to go here.

Can I say that I’ve been in the motor industry for 50 years and know how hard it is to gain a good reputation. You rely on your staffs attitude and knowledge and our experience today was extremely pleasant buying a new car from a very professional and polite young salesman Sammy. My partner has not stopped talking about her new purchase and cannot wait to pick it up in time for Christmas, can I just say a very big thank you to I assume a very young Santa Claus.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the lovely Jackie and Junayed, who checked my car in and offered me a tea/ coffee. I was then provided with my own desk to work from while I waited for my car to be serviced. I’ve never been offered a desk before; I usually just have to balance my laptop on my lap, so I’d return to this branch just for that reason.The car service was completed in approximately two hours without issue.All in all, I’ve had a lovely morning - a phrase not often associated with a car service.
