I have attempted three times now to 'get in touch' with somebody about my Rocketspark managed email account. I do not have access to my emails, my previous email account appears deleted from records and NOBODY is assisting. This is unacceptable, I have been in contact for weeks without assistance.Rocketspark are causing difficulty in running my business. Rocketspark are affordable but the customer service is where you make this trade off.EDIT 10th July 2023: STILL no access to my emailsEDIT 11th July 2023: no email response via contact form and no assistance from rocketspark. Will be seeking full refund for services since initial contact.
