I went to Paul after I injured my back during weight training. I got an appointment quickly and was blown away by Paul’s expertise and empathy for my situation. Paul could see training is a big part of my life, so he put together a recovery program which included safe strengthening exercises which allowed my back to heal without staying away from the gym. I saw Paul for 6 sessions and have never felt stronger.

After years of back problems I ended up almost unable to move in lockdown, after an MRI I was advised to find some back exercises and given prescription painkillers.I knew I needed help from someone qualified to prevent further damage.I contacted Paul as my mum had used him prior and raved about the results.I went to him feeling pretty broken but over the following months he worked his magic and gave me daily exercises. I will always suffer from back discomfort, but I know that keeping up with my exercises keeps the pain at bay and should I have any flair ups he is always at the end of the phone with advice or ready to see me again.Thanks for everything you did Paul.Highly recommended

Paul is a great physio. After a thorough and professional assessment Paul diagnosed me with a frozen shoulder and put together a treatment plan for me.
