Warm welcoming staff, very clean and tidy, all staff friendly, I would like to say I was served by Barbara, who has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable, nothing too much trouble, very bubbly and friendly, I felt like a valued customer, and would recommend. Some very good offers in store, well worth a visit

Dont even try to call them. Their customer service is 0. I called them because I had a question regarding to their discount, had to wait 25mins for someone to pick up, I asked my question and the woman put me back on hold for an another 15mins and when finally picked up again she straight hang up on me. Its just nonsense..

Recently visited the Cabot Circus branch, the staff there are very kind & knowledgeable, even when they did not have an item that i required urgently, they recommend alternatives, i am very happy with this branches service & I will be returning back for future purchases.

Usually go in here and have always had a lovely experience with great customer service. The bloke who served me today (young, light brown hair, average height) was smiley and helpful. He even swapped my warm drink for a nice cold one. At a busy time of day, I appreciate taking the time to help me.

Never posted a review before but my experience is worthy of one! I visited today and received above and beyond service from Julia. She was so helpful and even found me some evening primrose oil without gelatine in it which I didn't realise now existed! She was really friendly and I am very grateful for her help. I always have a good experience at Holland and Barrett but this store is always especially exceptional. Thank you very much :)

I went in today for some advice and was met by Lara, and I cannot express how helpful they were and how much they eased my anxiety on my health journey. I work in retail myself and really wanted to commend Lara’s willingness to help and share their own experiences in relation to why I was coming in.
