I honestly cannot thank the team enough for the swift actions to fix my car. I am a carer in the community, therefore my car is important for my work and for my service users. Neil fitted my car in for me so quickly, and had it ready within a couple of days. I cannot thank them enough for the service and I would definietly recommend their services.

Really happy with the service I recieved. Phil sorted out the best rod bearing kit for me and sourced through a reputable company too. Very up front with no hidden costs. Got the work done in a good time frame too. New premises is tidy and well presented. Professional company. Will use again and deffinately recommended.

I had very bad experiences with mechanics in the past till I took my Bmw to this guys. Their knowledge about cars are amazing very polite and very clean garage. They will not fix your car with the easy solution they will give options what they can do to sort the problems and you can choose about how much you will spend. They care about you and your car even when you call for the first time. Amazing I’m very happy with their service and now on will be my 1st mechanic option for everything. I am using Autotechnics for over 8 years now and I cannot recommend them enough! Not the cheapest one but quality of work is very very good. Garage is very tidy and clean at all times, both Tim and Phil are BMW specialists with years of experience. Always polite, professional and helpful.

Recently had an unfortunate break down on my BMW118d. So this was not a scheduled service and piggy-backed on their normal workload.Phil dealt with me, keeping me updated at every stage, informing me what he'd found and recommending the rectification required and then a fixed quote for the repairs.I picked the car up yesterday and am delighted with the way it feels - back to 'normal'.This business gives a good impression, the premises are clean and tidy, the guys are a great advert for the company as they talk TO you, the work is good and thus confidence-building.All round I'm very happy. Nobody likes to pay for repairs and they're always inconvenient - this was as painless as it can be and hugely less expensive than taking the car to the local BMW dealer.Thanks Phil, this five star was well earned.

HIGHLY recommended. In my opinion these guys are more skilled and knowledgeable than any BMW dealer. Plus they are helpful and friendly, all at a fair and reasonable price. I have owned several BMW’s over the last 30 years and have been using these guys exclusively for the last 7 years. I would never take my car anywhere else.

It’s a shame I can’t chose 6 stars.In brief I was told by a different garage I probably needed a new steering rack.With the huge expense this would cost and the car only been 3 years old I called and booked here for a 2nd opinion.I’m so glad I did as it turned out to be a simple fault and not the steering rack saving me thousands.Top work and brilliant customer service.Thanks guysDan

I took my VW in to see why there was a grinding noise on the offside on Tuesday morning. Within a couple of hours I knew the extent of the issues and had a price for the work to be completed and an estimated time for completion of the work. I was kept informed throughout and had a call this morning (Thursday) that the car was ready for picking up. Excellent service and competitively priced. Highly recommend Autotechnics to anyone and I’ll certainly be using them again in the future.
