I felt this place was amazing! I was welcomed in with no body diving me in the door, they simply waited until I was ready, which I think is the perfect approach.I dealt with a man call (James King), and he was the best salesperson I’ve ever come across, he really cared about his job and was so down to earth.He helped me get the right car at a great price, and that’s what it’s all about. Excellent fast friendly service when recently purchasing spares for my ageing well BMW 528i.

This was my first interaction with this centre as a customer and the service was brilliant. My car had an issue with the EGR valve an issue which came to light a week into my ownership, the car was purchased from another dealership.Victoria was my assigned service team member, and she was pleasant, polite, and kept me up to speed on every detail. She even dealt with the 3rd party warranty company and other dealership in the background.Picking my vehicle up was a breeze, did not have to wait long and was assigned to Helen who was new to the business (3 days in) she was extremely pleasant and again made sure I was looked after throughout.Overall, a pleasant experience from start to finish would recommend Williams Bolton for any of your service requirements.

The experience was fantastic. We were introduced to Mo by a couple of our friends who had also bought cars from him and recommended him highly. We visited BMW Williams in Bolton, just for a browse and to book in our 1 series BMW in for a service. When looking around we were drawn to an unusual but stunning coloured M3 Competition in the showroom. We were greeted by Sean Mercer, a really friendly salesman who answered all the questions we had about the car. Before we knew it we were having a laugh and a joke and were sat crunching numbers and we were looking into buying the car and trading in our 1 year old BMW 440i. Before we knew it we were shaking hands with Sean and his manager and my husband was asking how soon he could pick the car up super excited.In the mean time I decided to purchase a personalised number plate as a surprise for my husband and i secretively contacted Sean to see how he could help me get the plates on the new car in time for the reveal and pick up of the car.After many emails Sean figured everything out for me, which I was so grateful for.The look on my husbands face was priceless.I cant thank Sean enough for making all this possible.We are loving the car
