Shocking customer service ! Lying bearded ferret serving the public stated he would take the goods back but not give a refund ! When challenged offered a credit note ? When he was confronted in front of the alleged owner he denied ever saying that, refund offered by the alleged owner but he stated the company doesn’t usually offer this...........terrible service !!
