Terrible customer service. I booked via treatwell then was text from EClipz saying they couldn't keep the appointment. Natalie said the would contact treatwell to arrange refund as I paid via PayPal. I called the salon today and was told it was not their problem and I need to contact treatwell for my refund. I did ask if I could still come in for the treatment as I had paid and they refused. I will not use this salon again as very unprofessional!Update: Thanks for your response Natalie. The information I received from Grace yesterday was that you did not contact Treatwell and I needed to sort out the refund therefore this was the cause of my frustration. I don't feel the matter was dealt with professionally and perhaps a call from the manger would have helped. I have contacted Treatwell and am awaiting their response. Thank you for contacting Treatwell regarding the refund.

Very friendly owner, good professionals :) absolutely loved it! Have read a review by a lady from 2 months ago, devastated about her long hair... Please. Being 35 and making THAT kind of drama... Sad. We both (me and mu very fussy mother) went to same hairdresser JO and job was done very nicely. She did listen, haven't been a sales agent, but a hairdresser. For all the haters - they not my friends or anything. I have been to many hairdressers in London and seen really crap ones. So this is why I can say that eclipz is good salon and unfortunately there always will be someone who will be crying, complaining or crumbling over hair. Sometimes hairdressers knows better or sees how much hair is damaged. And it doesn't mean that our and their opinion will be same.

Booked in for shellac removal. Poor customer service, the beautician didn't speak one word to me from beginning to end of the removal, very unfriendly. Beautician seemed inexperienced with this simple task. Smell of cigarette smoke from the back of the shop as I was waiting soaking my nails. No staff on the floor all in the back. wouldn't recommend or return.

I had a lovely day at the salon. First I had my hair trimmed, layers put in and my ombre re done. I loved it. I asked for it to be light and that's exactly what I was given. I'm so eased with my hair. I said that I didn't want to much of the length taken of and I'm soo happy with the results. The hairdresser listened to what I wanted and done a great job. I've forgotten her name but she had red-ish hair. I then had a Hollywood wax, half leg wax and under arm wax. This was also really Good. I was abit nervous to to get started but the beautician was fabulous, really made me feel relaxed and done an amazing job. My hairs were hard to remove as I have been told by other beauticians but she done a really really good job I'm so pleased. She then gave me a back massage and facial. This was also amazing and left me feeling relaxed and fresh. I am extremely pleased with my time here and couldn't recommend enough. The staff are lovely and I left feeling million dollars. They do great deals aswel that I would also recommend. Can't wait to go again. Thank you to all the staff that made me feel extremely welcome. XxX

I was not happy with the service in this salon at all. I paid £63 for shellac mani and pedi, that lasted 2 days!! And my nails werent perfect at all! I actually went on holiday the next day for a wedding and I had to re-paint them myself again! Moreover, the girls were discussing about a lady that just left after she had a haircut, which I found very unproffesional to do that in front of me. That made me feel that they could do the same after Im leaving the shop. I will never go back.

Always love coming to this salon! Fantastic, friendly staff and perfect cleanliness. Had a cut and colour with Grace and left feeling very happy and upbeat. Looking forward to coming back in a few weeks to get my roots done. Definitely recommend Eclipz and the girls!!

On holiday from Italy and decided to treat myself. Very professional and excellent customer service provided by the lovely friendly staff. My tape in extensions were matched and blended perfectly! My lashes look amazing. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be back the next time I'm in the U.K. (can't wait). Thank you!

I’m really not one to complain but I got hybrid lashes done here last week and they have already all fallen out. I was extremely happy with my immediate result but after a day of having the lashes they started to fall out even though I was extremely careful by not getting them wet or touching them. I was told they should last 4-6 weeks but only after 1 they are completely out and have also taken a few of my own lashes with them. Also the beautician that did my lashes did not speak a word to me during the treatment which I found slightly off putting. I am really sorry to leave a bad comment but I would not recommend this salon for eyelash extensions although I’m sure the hair treatments are marvellous.

Ok that's the best hair salon in the area I've been so far.The staff is lovely and professional.Had a Brazilian blow dry and I'm very happy with the result so far.I'll definitely come back!
