I can not rate BedSalts.co.uk highly enough, if there were 10 stars I would give it!The website was great easy to navigate and clear and simple, and Reg was on hand to answer my questions.Im thrilled as I was going to have to dispose of an Ikea sofa bed to replace it with the same design, but thanks to Reg and the team I was able to repair the consumable parts and its better than the original- stronger, firmer and more durable.Great work guys and thanks !

Can’t thank them enough for my order. I’ve previously had nothing but issues ordering bits for beds relating to sizing etc. but I was super impressed with Bedslats. Their website was really easy to navigate and place the order. It was also accurate (you’d not believe how bad some places are), the delivery was fast, and product easy to instal.I highly recommend these guys.

Amazing service. Rang to enquire on Thursday, had perfect slats on Friday.Cut to the perfect size so they don't fall out and they're nice and thick so they won't break. Pre-drilled holes and screws provided. Will definitely return in the future if we change bed and need slats to fit!

I am just writing to say the customer service I have received from this Company was exemplary and the products are well put together.I stay in the Highlands and it always takes time to navigate through the various couriers needed, the production manager kept me fully informed as to what was happening and if any issues arising. I can not praise this Company enough and will use again.

Absolutely brilliant. I cannot fault them in any way. The slats are exactly as requested. They phoned to ensure I was getting the right ones for my needs. They were sorted and packed and sent all in the same day. Advise given at all stages. More than highly recommended, they deserve 10 stars. (Basically, you get what you pay for). Excellent products and service.After placing my order online I was contacted by Reg, who talked me through the options I had and suggested an alternative based on my situation. The bed slats were then manufactured very quickly and then dispatched on next day delivery, arriving as scheduled and without any issues.Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and the product was of superb quality.Would definitely recommend to anyone.

What a fantastic service. I needed to replace the slats in my motorhome bed. Having searched on the internet I found this company. I first called and Reg answered all my questions . The website was easy to use and I placed my order. Shortly after Reg called and suggested a different way to achieve a better result. I agreed and the slats came 2 days later. I had very helpful advice when I phoned which helped me to select the right product and ensure I had made the correct customisations before ordering.Second, the product is extremely high quality and makes me seriously question the slats my bed originally came with.Third, the fact these are bespoke slats which ship next working day with a delivery system that keeps me updated throughout is to be commended.
