Russell was able to very quickly accommodate fitting in my bike for a service. Communication was easy with a very quick turnaround and good value for money. I will definitely be using him again and highly recommend.

Russell came to pick my bike up and was very friendly and I knew straight away that he would look after my only mode of transport.He explained what he thought would need fixing at first look then, once he’d taken the bike away, gave me a call to confirm his thoughts. He also sent me links to the new items that he would use to fix my bike.The bike was ready within 24hrs, something I was extremely happy with and not expecting. My gears and brakes are now smoother than when I first bought the bike.Russell is genuine bloke and true to his word.Outstanding service.

Used Russell for another job, this time to fit tubeless tyres to my wife’s ebike, he was very prompt and courteous, fitment was carried out in a timely manor and with good helpful advice and conversation. All went well and I would highly recommend.

Took my son's very well loved Carrera Vengeance mountain bike which had a problem, I couldn't get to the bottom of. Russell found the issue very quickly without making a dad look silly.. Left the bike with him and 2 days later he delivered it back to us.. TBH in a better mechanical condition than when it was brought new from Halfords.. Would definitely recommend him to anyone for advise, servicing and repairs.. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.. I'll be defiantly using him again

Russell has just repaired 4 mountain bikes for us. Russell arrived at the house and cracked on with the bikes. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Two bikes had to be taken away for a bit more tlc and they were returned shortly after back at the house. Really fantastic service for anyone in the area. Highly recommend.

I used Russell to give my Brompton a once over, it hadn't had anything done in over a year and I've been using it daily in London.I wanted to go local, and Russell was a pleasure to deal with. A really swift turnaround, didn't sting me for any 'sudden' costs, stuck to the quote he gave me, even dropped off the rear wheel to an external wheel builder (I'd managed to lose half the spokes during the commute). It's now come back shiny, tightened in places I didn't know were loose.. excellent job!H definitely cares about bikes and his customers, will be using him again for my road bike and all future servicing needs.

I first contacted Russell as a result of a flyer though the door, I wanted someone to sort out buckled wheel on my Son's mountain bike. Russell was quick to respond and arrived when agreed to fix the issue. He had some spare time after fixing the wheel so I asked him to give the bike a basic service as well while there, no problem, very accommodating.Since then, Russell has taken my road bike away for a major service and delivered it back to me this morning. I have to say that I doubt the gear change and brakes were as good when the bike was new, everything seems done to perfection and every component degreased, cleaned and lubed so it all looks like new as well.Russell is a really nice guy, very transparent and upfront about costs, and does exactly what he say he will.I'll use him again and would recommend to anyone without hesitation.
