Three days into Figaro ownership and we are very pleased. The car was very nicely prepared, it is reassuring that cambelt, water pump, plugs and leads have been changed. The oil, water and brake fluid are all full with new fluids. The interior and exterior have been nicely rejuvenated. The car drives nicely, bit of a wheel wobble at 60+ but that is easily resolved. Cameron has been very helpful and kept us well informed. Long may it all continue!

After spending nearly 30 years in the motor trade it was time to buy a car for myself from a dealer. After spending weeks looking at the auction sights i couldn't find anything that i was comfortable buying. After trawling all the car buying websites i found a top of the range Ford Focus on Autotrader which looked like a nice clean car. I received a reply shortly after my enquiry by email from Jason about the vehicle, and then called and spoke to Cameron who answered my questions about the provenance of the the car. After agreeing to buy the car, it was delivered to my door 3 days later at 8.30am, some three and a half hour drive from where the car was. For a used car it is in good condition both externally and internally. Both Jason and Cameron came to deliver the car and were courteous and polite. I haven't even driven the car yet, but so far so good. Thank you both for a great service so far.

Bought a lovely little Nissan Micra from Aylott this weekend. Really friendly service, even opened on a Sunday to let me view the car. Easy and smooth purchase. Lots of advice and excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this business and say you can buy from them with confidence.

What a marvellous experience. Buying a car was never so easy. Cameron and Jason are both extremely polite and courteous, and communications are excellent. The car was delivered to me, as I am partially disabled, and it was exactly as described. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Amazing customer service! I bought a Nissan Figaro from them and they went above and beyond to refurbish it and ensure that every little detail was covered. Not only was I made to feel like a very valued customer, I was also very impressed by the expertise and regular updates I was given during the whole process. Can't recommend them enough and I'll be sure to return for car servicing in the future!

Family run, friendly but professional business. Bought a skoda rapid from these guys and picked up on a problem with the back window when buying it. Sadly as I had travelled a way to pick it up, it would not have been practical to collect it after the problem had been sorted.Cameron recommended I take it to my local dealer and put them in contact with him. It was all sorted within the week without me having to travel back up to Essex.Whole thing felt very honest and transparent and at no point did I feel pressured to buy something that I didn't want to which can sometimes be a problem at larger dealers.Would recommend!
