TCA Watch Repairs

Definitely 5 stars and a service warranted so. Great communication and excellent service. Kept us informed throughout. More than a reasonable price (expected more expensive) and a pleasure to deal with. Other companies need to follow how you look after your clients by taking a look at TCA. Will certainly recommend. I have a rare and complicated 1969 Doxa Sub 200 T Graph and several watchmakers were reluctant to work on it due to its relative complexity and the near non existent availability of spare parts. Terry at TCA Watch Repairs was recommended by several members on one of the Doxa forums. Terry had no hesitation accepting the watch and gave me a very reasonable quotation for the full movement service and said that should sort out the problematic chronograph function. Upon further investigation a damaged reset lever was diagnosed, Terry and his staff repaired the original lever as no replacement was available and also freed up the seized screw pins in the vintage bracelet all for the quoted service price.I cannot recommend Terry and TCA watch repairs highly enough.Thanks again guys and keep up the good work.Fred Sullivan

I spoke to Terry regarding my Rolex. Although he didn’t do the actual work as it’s under warranty, and it could affect the Rolex warranty if someone else worked on it. He was extremely helpful and guided me to what I should do. Very honest guy.

I didn’t even know TCA watch repairs existed until I met a bloke in Spain of all places. Unluckily for me my Omega Seamaster developed an issue whilst away. Strangely enough I only lived a couple of miles away from TCA so dropped my watch off of Monday morning. Terry and Colin were straight onto it and diagnosed slight water damage and a faulty push button. I received a text message this morning, Friday to say my watch was ready to be collected. An absolutely outstanding service where I was kept updated to what was wrong to how it would be repaired and finally when it was ready. I have a vintage Rolex Oysterdate Precision, c. around 1954 we think; it was my father’s, and he brought it back from the Far East during his National Service days in the army.Unfortunately one of the small lugs on the safety part of the strap sheared off recently and was lost. Obviously the watch has great sentimental value; I really want to keep it as original as possible, but thought I would have to have a new piece in the strap. However, I contacted Terry at TCA and they have managed to fabricate a new lug and laser weld it in place, so expertly you wouldn’t know! I am so pleased with the result (pictures attached) and Terry was very helpful indeed during my initial enquiries and throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending him!Iain T

When it became obvious that my Breitling watch could not be serviced by its manufacturer a nationwide search found TCA Watch Repairs. They serviced the watch promptly although it had to return to have a minor adjustment made to realign a small pointer.Six months in and the watch sadly ran very fast. Again it returned to TCA who honoured their guarantee and at the time of writing the watch is running the best since I bought it in 1993.I would recommend TCA as an honourable company offering good value service where mainstream manufacturers choose to let their customers down.
